Ted Hodge

CEO & FOUNDER

Ted is the founder of a very successful research company in Ontario, Canada. This company serves government and many leading post secondary institutions as well as public health organizations. His experience in public health research led him to a realization that many people in an aging population would need support to remain in the comfort of their homes.

On a personal level Ted's own parents were reaching an age where they required more regular support and care. He appreciated a service that would provide regular updates when he was travelling or busy in his career, his parents still wanted to have their independent lifestyle and so the idea for Care Confirmed was formed.

Ted has been the driving force to improve Care Confirmed throughout it's development and to offer cost-effective services for sponsors and their loved ones to allow independent, comfortable living at home.

Ian Macfarlane

PRESIDENT

Ian has been involved in senior executive roles for one of the world's largest consumer and industrial products companies. As part of his role he was responsible for new business ventures as well as medical equipment sales for the Canadian marketplace.

In addition, Ian has been involved in helping bring to market several new start-up businesses. Ian has worked with Ted to bring the technology behind Care Confirmed to seniors and their loved ones. His passion for this new service is motivated by being able to offer sponsors and their loved ones another option to the high cost of retirement living facilities.

Ian has 4 children and 7 grandchildren-and his parents use Care Confirmed!
